You don't need to be present throughout. Many of our clients provide access via a key safe, building manager, or trusted contact and we do the work unsupervised. We'll send you a confirmation message with photos when the property is cleared, and we can return keys on your behalf if needed.
Yes. We regularly clear frond villas and apartments on Palm Jumeirah. Access passes for service vehicles need to be arranged in advance through Nakheel's management system — we'll guide you through this process when you book. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for Palm Jumeirah clearances.
Before we begin any clearance, you should remove all personal valuables, documents, and items you wish to keep. We take only what you've indicated should go. For estate clearances, we work sensitively and can flag any items that may have value before disposing of them, if you request this service.
We can provide a written confirmation of clearance completion, which many landlords and property managers in Dubai accept as evidence that the property has been professionally cleared. We can also provide photos of the cleared property on request.
